Cancelation Policy

Your appointments are a priority to us at Home Town Roots Salon. We understand illness, or a sick child, or just life happening! If you have to cancel we kindly ask for a 24 hour advance notice.

Event Policy

Your big day is a big deal to us, so we ask for a bit of a commitment. To book your event, we ask for a $100 non-refundable deposit, which can be used towards your services. Additionally, to guarantee availability and staffing for your event, we require 30 days prior notice.
